Who we are
Loneliness is one of the biggest public health challenges of our time. Nearly 1 in 2 adults in the U.S. reports feeling isolated, and the mental and physical effects are as dangerous as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. We live online, but we’re disconnected. Sermon was created to change that—through shared time, meaningful conversation, and community that feels real.
At Sermon, we believe in presence over performance, and in building spaces where people feel seen, heard, and welcome. We value curiosity, reflection, and a bit of structure—not to control, but to create rhythm. Our mission is simple: to make it easier to show up for yourself and others in ways that matter.
Every Sunday, our community gathers for Sermon—a weekly anchor featuring a thought-provoking speaker and guided conversation designed to connect and inspire. Throughout the week, we host gatherings, creative workshops, and small acts of service to help us practice being better humans together.

FounderNoelle is the founder of Sermon—a project born from both her professional expertise and deeply personal purpose.
With nearly a decade of experience leading brand strategy and managing P&Ls for some of the world’s most recognized companies, Noelle brings both big-picture thinking and on-the-ground hustle. She holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and her experience working across Fortune 500s and startups alike—honed her skills to build with speed, intention, and heart.
But Noelle’s passion has always lived in the spaces between the bullet points: in moments of real connection, meaningful conversation, and community. She began her career as a community organizer and, and in her spare time, led a 1,300-member social club through its most engaged and impactful years. That experience ignited something lasting: a deep belief that bringing people together is not just important work—it’s her purpose.
Throughout her career, she’s gravitated toward purpose-driven brands that reflect what she values most: inclusion, community, and helping people feel seen, heard . Those values are the foundation of Sermon.
Every decision—from the design of the space to the rhythm of the events—reflects Noelle’s unwavering commitment to creating a culture of belonging.
This isn’t just a business for Noelle. It’s a mission. And it’s just getting started.
